We may request age verification if: your order triggers an automatic check you request a large number of entries we need to confirm eligibility before releasing a prize Anyone found to be under 18 will have their entries voided and refunded.

We offer skill-based competitions with a set number of tickets available per draw. Each entry gives you a chance to win the prize listed in that competition. You can set personal limits on how much you spend and how often you take part in competitions. Spending Limits Choose how much you want to allow yourself to spend over a specific period. Once set, your limit can only be reduced. This ensures that you don’t accidentally exceed an amount you’re comfortable with. You can set a limit: Per Day Per Week Per Month Per Year This feature helps you pace your entries and stay in full control of your budget. 2. Lock Account (Short Breaks) If you feel you need a short break from taking part, you can temporarily lock your account for a period of time. During a lock, you will not be able to make purchases until the chosen period ends. Available lock options: 1 Week 4 Weeks 12 Weeks 1 Year This tool is helpful if you need space to reset without permanently closing your account.

If you decide that you no longer wish to participate at all, you can choose Self-Exclude Permanently. This action permanently prevents access to making purchases on your account. Because this is a long-term decision, only choose this option if you are sure you no longer want to take part.
